WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Free Shipping

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

Upon completion of the packaging process and readiness for shipment, we will promptly provide you with the tracking information for the products included in your order. The standard shipping is applied per order; however, it is noteworthy that for exceptionally large orders, additional shipping charges may be applicable. Additionally, please be aware that any adjustments to the courier's pricing structure may result in additional costs for shipping. ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

SeoulSleek is not responsible for shipping issues caused by recipient and these can include but are not limited to: refusal, absent recipient, wrong address, issues in the recipient country, issues in the recipient region.

In the case of a refund, the buyer is responsible for a round trip shipping fee.

Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

Standard Shipping is only available for these countries: United States (except for Hawaii, Guam, Saipan), Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Germany, Spain, France, England (GB), Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam.

The shipping fee paid by the customer is based on freight charges and does not include any costs incurred in the importing country. Therefore it is the customers responsibility to handle customs duties, VAT, and additional incidental costs associated with customs clearance in the importing country.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
