1. I’m new to skincare, what is the best skincare routine for me?
Don’t fret! We know that it can be a little intimidating starting something new but we are here to help. First you have to understand that not all skin is treated the same. There are a couple of things that you must first know before starting a routine in order to know how your skin is likely to respond to it and these can include your skin type, skin condition and concern, as well as possible allergies that you may have. 2. What is the 10-step routine?
A 10-step skincare routine, is a comprehensive K-beauty practice that involves multiple steps to achieve a holistic skin treatment. This includes Oil cleanser, Foam cleanser, Exfoliator, Toner, Essence, Serum(aka ampoule), Sheet Mask, Eye cream, Moisturizer, and Sunscreen. While not everyone needs all 10 steps, this routine offers a thorough and customizable regimen and if you feel that it is a little to much for you can feel free to skip some steps. 3. What Korean brands are the best for my case?
Choosing from all k-beauty brands can be a quite the dilemma. Although all brands are great, it is really all about a person’s preferences in the end. Some of the most loved brands are Cosrx, Laneige, Innisfree, Etude House, Klairs, Sulwhasoo, Dr.Jart, and CNP Laboratory. 4. Is there a way to know my skin type and condition?

5. I started using one of your products but my skin is flaking and breaking out, is that normal?
Rest assured that this is a natural process for the skin and it is perfectly fine! Experiencing flaking and breakouts after starting a new product is usually a sign of an initial adjustment of the skin to the product, since it is not uncommon for the skin to react as it gets used to new ingredients, here is a post regarding the breakout and what it means. Remember, everyone’s skin reacts differently, and adjustments may be needed to find the right balance for your skin.
If your skin is reacting aggressively and you feel that it may be something else, it is best to visit the dermatologist for professional assistance.
6. Why is alcohol present in some products, isn’t it harmful for your skin?
It can seem counterintuitive, but alcohol can be beneficial depending on the type that is used and skin types. Most product’s properties depend on alcohol especially dry alcohols such as ethanol and isopropyl which help skin products dry efficiently. Although most products do not contain high concentrations, it is advisable to stay clear from products with high alcohol content especially if you have dry or sensitive skin. 7. Which one should I use first serum or essence?
The essence vs serum is a continuous debate among k-beauty enthusiasts. The general order is to use an essence before a serum, this is because essences are usually lightweight and hydrating, preparing the skin for the absorption of the serum. Remember it’s essential to wait for a few moments between each step to allow the product to absorb before applying the next one.
8. I finally bought a brightening product will it change my skin color?
No, a brightening product is unlikely to change your skin color since it does not include a bleaching ingredient. Most brightening products, such as those containing ingredients like vitamin C or Niacinamide, work to reduce hyperpigmentation, dark spots, and uneven skin tone. It is important for optimal results to follow product instructions and apply sun screen to prevent further pigmentation. If you have specific ingredients or potential reactions, it’s always a good idea to do a patch test and consult a dermatologist for professional advice.
9. Is retinol safe for sensitive skin?
Retinol can be a bit rough on your skin especially for sensitive skin, since it may cause irritation or dryness. However, this does not mean you can’t enjoy the benefits it has to offer! As a person with sensitive skin, you can take the appropriate precautions such as starting with a lower concentration of retinol (especially you’re trying it for the first time), use it less frequently and moisturize the skin after applying retinol can all help alleviate the harshness that it does to your skin. 10. I am a guy and would like to know if I can also use skincare products.

12. I can’t find a brand I am looking for at your store, do you recommend something else?
If you can’t find a specific brand at our store, let us know which brand it is so our team can include it in our collection. Please note that we only sell high-quality Korean beauty products and it is something we take pride in, which is why we have a quality team that tests and reviews brand products before adding them to the collection. Orders & Returns
1. Can I cancel or change my order?
We understand that sometimes orders are placed on an impulse, but we would like to let you know that once an order is processed and out for delivery on the same day, canceling or changing it because nearly impossible due to the speed of our order fulfillment process. We strive to dispatch orders as soon as possible to ensure prompt delivery. We recommend making sure when you place an order about all the products and information provided, but if anything does arise, we suggest reaching out to our customer support immediately for assistance. 2. I bought a product and I don’t want it anymore, how can I return it?
If you bought something and are having second thoughts, no worries – it happens! For returns due to buyer’s remorse, just make sure to contact us before sending it back so we can give you more information regarding the process. 3. Do you handle the product return?
We do not handle product returns directly. If you need to initiate a return, please contact our customer support, and they will guide you through the return authorization process. However, keep in mind that the return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and it is best you choose a courier that can return the product on time. 4. I received my order but it was damaged! Can you help me?

5. I am conscious about my carbon footprint; do you do anything about it?
Absolutely! We are as conscious about the planet as you are, and which is why with every order we ship, we plant 3 trees to try and offset our carbon footprint. 6. There are some products that are missing from the package I received, are they lost?
At times when a large order is made, we ship them in separate packages according to the carrier’s policy. If you ordered multiple items, make sure that the products are listed on the packaging slip to confirm whether or not they shipped in the same package. 7. I can’t find my order although in the tracking website it says that it is delivered, where is it?
It’s not uncommon for items to be dispatched separately or for discrepancies to occur. If the tracking information confirms delivery, we would recommend you to:
- Check your surrounding area to confirm it wasn’t dropped around the vicinity of your address
- Get in touch with the courier service to inquire about the delivery status and any potential issues that might have happened during transit.

1. What are the payment methods that you accept?

2. I don’t have a credit card; can I use remittance to order?

You won’t need to search for a separate coupon – its all taken care of when you reach the checkout page. Feel free to proceed with your order, and the discount will be reflected in the final total.
2. How does point reward system work?
